Fusing gymnastics, parkour, martial arts and free running, Freestyle Gymnastics is taking the UK by storm, with its limitless combinations of flips, twists and tricks! Using obstacles, trampettes, walls and floor, gymnasts are free to experiment and create without strict training sessions and hours of conditioning

 

What we use
Vaults, wedges, blocks, landing mats, stepping stones, uneven and high bars, inflatable tumble track, trampettes, DMT

What we do
You tell us... as coaches we're qualified to support up to twisting forward and backward somersaults. We teach palm spins and wall flips, precisions, tumbling with flics, somersaults, whips and twists, gainers, losers, kip ups, B kicks, screws, corks, side flip, shants, roll bombs, speed / dash / kong / double kong vaults ...

 

These sessions are less structured but will typically include:​

  • 5 minutes warm up and stretching

  • 45 minutes open equipment rotation

  • 10 minutes of 'parkour tag'

 

Friday | 6:30pm - 7:30pm | Junior Session (5 - 12yrs)

Friday | 7:30pm - 8:30pm | Senior Session (From 12yrs+)
