We’re holding our annual display trials on Sunday 14th January 10-11:30am for all gymnasts aged 8yrs+ ✨
What happens during the trials?
❤️Your gymnast needs to learn the choreography in one of the videos at the bottom of this post BEFORE the day, and perform it to the coaches
❤️Showcase a variety of their best skills
❤️Learn some new choreography on the day, to show their ability of listening and understanding instructions
❤️Take part in some lifts and group balances
