We’re holding our annual display trials on Sunday 12th January 10-11:30am for all existing gymnasts aged 8yrs+ 💫
What happens during the trials?
✨Your gymnast needs to learn the choreography in one of the videos of this post (girls = 1st video, boys = 2nd video) BEFORE the day, and perform it to the coaches
✨Showcase a variety of their best skills
✨Learn some new choreography on the day, to show their ability of listening and understanding instructions
✨Take part in some lifts and group balances
