JUNIORS ROUTINE

Floor Routine (completed in this order):

1. Forward roll to stand   

2. One foot balance (e.g. P balance, arabesque)  

3. 1/2 turn jump   

4. Backward roll to knees (BONUS: Land on feet 0.1) 

5. Front support  

6. Side support   

7. Back support   

8. Pike sit   

9. Rock and roll to stand   

10. Bridge (BONUS: Backbend 0.1)   

11.  Rock and roll to stand   

12. Cartwheel (side to side bunny hops, star or 1/4   turn in are all acceptable)   

(13.) BONUS: Fully down in any splits 0.1   

14. Finish and Present
